Upgrade of seating. These theaters have been re-modeled upgraded with stadium tiered seating that is much wider, seats rock and there is more accomodation for the handicapped. It is a much more comfortable atmosphere. This is also the only multiplex in Syracuse area to run small release art film type movies, but I would still recommend supporting the small independent theaters in the area instead of seeing those films here so that variety remains available.

Carousel. Although this theatre does show good movies, the comfortability of the paying customer is not important. They need to take a cue from Movico in Anne Arundel Mall in Maryland. The seats are plush-and one does not have a hernia when the movie ends. They make enough money-here's a concept. How about putting some of the profit back into the theatre and making the paying customer comfortable?

aweful seating. In my experience, Upstate New York has some of the world's most uncomfortable theater seats. Even the amazing Carousel Mall isn't immune. For $8 I would expect to get seats that didn't warrant a visit to the chiropractor when you are done with a two hour movie. Seeing Lord of the Rings for three hours would have been even worse. Ok, so I didn't go see the chiropractor, but it really was painful! I have been to many other theaters around the country where a $6 ticket gets you full height, plush seats that partially recline.
