My experience with this store has always been pleasant.

They have a huge selection of furniture.

Even though salesman are very far from you but they

will come and show you warm welcome. Even if you do not buy anything

just have a look at the furniture.

You are highly respected at that store.

Finally, we have buy some furniture to our home.

The gentlemen who delivered the furniture,

were as nice and friendly as they could be. They taped up the

furniture carefully and moved it like it belonged to their own

family. They were right on time, and friendly.

I'm going back this weekend to look for my living room furniture!!

poor service. bill made it sound good. Thought This is the place for us not so. Service was great till stuff arived damaged. Bill was insistant that damage was due to me and didn't want to take the blame. Very rude after problems arose. I wouldn't let this guy install a toliet after this experience. Buyer beware

Not who you want to use for a professional job. Company is great at promising a perfect job, however, far from it. If you are looking for a quick job with decent results at a okay price - then this is the place to go. If you are looking for a professional job with experienced professional workers along with being neat and clean - then this is NOT the place to go, When job was done I had to call them back for paint splatters EVERYWHERE, painted my heater with the dust balls still on it!!!, sink top lifting off vanity, GFI as promised never installed, poor drywall job where added around new tub/shower and toilet stained with a cement caulk or something. They came back and things ended up worse. I eneded up with more paint splatters then I started with and they re-caulked the sink which within two days is lifting again. When they tried to clean up the paint they got all over the tile baseboard they used some sort of sharp instrument and scrapped it up pretty bad. I specifically mention to them to be careful when doing this. I now have the vanity pulling away from the back wall it is fastened too! I have decided to fix these issues myself. The owner Bill I am sure would fix if I asked. He has offered on some of the things I have mentioned to him but I feel his workers are the problem - not him. If I could have the owner Bill do the work I would be more apt to have them back. As of right now I rather do myself becasue I fear they will make things worse.
