BEST Salon in the Syracuse area!

Phylis, the owner, is a sweetheart! Dolores is hilarious! It is always clean and peaceful. They take walk-ins, do nails and eye brows. Excellent location. Reasonable prices. I have been going here for over 5 years. My grandmother even goes here! I don't go to anyone or anywhere else! They even have a referral program. Quick service and no mistakes while doing so. A+++++
