so old and tired. The place is tired and very 80's, the clientel broken and untraveled. I would not recomend this place to anyone under 40yrs. The bartenders would not pass for bar back in any major city and the owner need to releaze he is not a draw but a tired old queen. I have not been back to the city in years, I hope someone opens something new and fresh.

THIS PLACE IS TOTAL TROLL-FEST.. I have never been to a bigger dump in my life. It fits every description of every sad, ugly, old, troll bar. The owner is some sweaty fat guy and the people that work there look like they got out of jail yesterday. If they have a staff of eight, among them all there is one full set of teeth.

The place is a dump!. Rain is the ugliest, dirtiest bar I have step foot in. The crowd is a bunch of hideous old trolls and tons of butch bulldykes. There is nothing nice about the place. From the cheap plastic sign hanging out front to the tacky decor and drag queen murals. The short fat owner goes around taking pictures like some bar in a farm town. The place is dump.

HOT HOT HOT. The guys and ladys at RAIN are the best . Y ou can always have a good time and a great drink . The bar tinders are al ways fun, fast and friendly Also Duke makes it a great place to be any time of the day. A must try if you are a friend of DORTHY'S . a RAINbow of color and people are waiting for you there. So stop in . and look for a new some one specia or just a few friends.l

Awesome. This corner bar is an great spot to meet old friends and find new ones. The decor is cutting edge and is constantly changing and evolving. The music is the very best in the city with the jukebox offering the very latest with selections downloaded from the internet. The crowd is friendly and the owners are creative, artistic and very hospitable. CUDOS.. and thanks for bringing this awesome oaisis from an otherwise dreary nightlife to Syracuse!
