POOR SERVICE, UNRELIABLE CORRESPONSENCE, NO ACCOUNTABILITY.. Took my wife's 2010 accent in for a tire repair (plug a nail hole) about a month and a half ago. The hubcap, which is held on by the lugnuts, was put on such that it was covering the air valve. I didn't notice that right away, but once I did, I decided it wouldn't matter for a while, until I had to refill the tire. Yesterday, the tire needed to be refilled, so I took out the torque wrench from the trunk and attempted to loosen the nuts. One of them was on WAY to tight, and when I tried to get it off, the BOLT actually BROKE OFF OF THE WHEEL. Tried to call the service department, but was kept on hold for a long time, and eventually the receptionist picked up again and asked if I would leave a message. Took the car in immediately thereafter. Explained the situation (while no less than three service dep't employees stood by, not helping anyone... why couldn't any of these people have taken my phone call?), but as it was about 6:00 PM, no service advisor was available to speak with me (which is suspicious because this was a Wednesday, and according to their website, the service department is open until 7:00 PM on Wednesdays). Spoke with a service advisor named Mark today, who claims that they have no record of ever touching this particular tire. This cannot be true, as I do not have the physical strength to have tightened the bolt this much with just a torque wrench, and the car has never been serviced anywhere else. Also claims that, since they don't know how it happened, this does not fall under the bumper-to-bumper warranty (car is only ~15,000 miles old). I took the car to the dealership for a tire repair (which can be done anywhere) because I didn't want to be swindled by a shady repair shop... HUUUUUGE-ah mistake.

Maybe OK for buying a new car. His prices are low, I'll give him that. But his service....well, I had identical repairs done on the same car at different times (timing belt), and discovered I hadn't been just cheated; I'd been robbed blind. I was stuck, out of tow, car wouldn't tun and they knew it. A sitting duck. I would almost prefer to take my car to a good repair shop, AND MY CAR IS UNDER WARRANTY. I met him once, he looked me right in the eye and gave me a man's handshake, and not a lot of people can do that while taking more than their fair share. Hyundai is a good, inexpensive car. I wish there were a real alternative.

DO NOT BUY FROM FUCCILLO HYUNDAI. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THERE. I HAVE A 07 ELANTRA, ITS IN THE SHOP FOR THE 17TH DAY TODAY, 8 TRIES TO FIX THE SAME PROBLEM...AND SERVICE MANAGER WOULD LIKE ME TO KNOW THAT THIS IS THE BEST THEY CAN DO. I'M SORRY THAT'S NOT AN ANSWER I'M WILLING TO ACCEPT.WHEN IT COMES TO STEERING...MY ADVICE,HUGE MISTAKE.

Great Job, if you want a great experience go here and ask for Kelly. I have gone to plenty of other dealers around but Fucillos was the very best. Kelly talked me through everything and put up with all my stupid questions, she was great. Got me into a new car with no money down and a low monthly payment. Ask for Kelly when you go there, she'll work hard to get you into a great car.

Read this before you consider shopping at Fuccillo Hyundai of Syracuse. If you are reading this and you are considering shopping at a Fuccillo dealership, especially Fuccillo Hyundai of Syracuse, I hope that you will take me advice and shop elsewhere. I have nothing to gain by sharing my this with you; I only hope that I can help a few people avoid the difficult situation I?m in. The people at Fuccillo Hyundai refuse to honor their agreements and they refuse to take any responsibility for their deals after they get their money. Knowing that, how could you give them your hard earned money?

The Only Thing HUGE Is His Mouth!. I needed a car and because Fuccillo's ads have stuck out for years, I thought what the heck,I'll give him a try. I figured that maybe the salesmen were different than the one I dealt with years ago. I found that they all go to the same school. They mask too many facts and deals are not always what are promised. As if the salesman had a car just for my situation, he quickly brings one of these Hyundai junks from storage. That quickly aroused my suspicion. It gets better. Although the car was almost four years old it only had a little over 4000 miles. This didn't look right and the salesman kept trying to avoid the subject. It gets better. It was a small Hyundai with no leg room. On the test drive the motor didn't sound right, it had no comfortable adjustment, it's brakes were iffy, and at one point it was tough to control. The salesman kept pointing to the great stereo system with a CD player. The car looked like an overgrown Chevette that could double as a coffin. I felt unsafe at this point. It gets better. The salesman points out that after a few months of paying for this overpriced death trap, I can upgrade to a bigger and better car because then I would be a preferred member or belong to an elite Fuccillo only member. Of course there was no mention whether my payments would go down when I get this great members only deal. I didn't get a car from Fuccillo and the only thing I can say is Thank God. Fuccillo claims in his ads that Hyundai has a high trade in value and customers are finding this to be false. A friend said that Fuccillo wants to sell you a low grade car so that you will only be able to keep buying these trash cans on wheels from him. No, I will not be going to Fuccillo any time soon, and if the product is so great why are people starting to complain?
