Bought a pool from Tarson's in May & the process was a nightmare. We were talked into buying their "healthcare system" but were completely misled by their salesperson Don who stated it was an eco-friendly maintenance free pool.NOT THE CASE.We had the system in for 6 weeks & could not get the water clear and the staff had NO IDEA how to help us & gave us contradictive advice each time we brought in a water sample.It has been 3 months, & only when we finally contacted the owner himself have our issues been addressed.From the pool placement being wrong, to our existing fence being hit and broke by the installers,to missing pool parts,to a Healthcare system being taken out and replaced by one that actually works. In the end the owner resolved most of the issues of the long, EXHAUSTING process of putting in an inground pool.

Tarson Pools does sloppy careless work. I had nothing but problems with Tarson throughout the installation procees. Nothing went well and the pool was "repaired" or cobbed back together several times by a crew that littered boxes and owners manuals for pool componants all over my yard. The only thing i could count on were calls from Don the salesman or Bob the owner badgering me for money which I withheld because the work was of such poor quality. They took almost a year to correct the problems but left one problem unresolved to this day. They stated that they would repair it in the spring but it is now the middle of july and no rapair has been made. I guess that is because I was stupid enough to pay them. Once they got paid they disappeared and offered no service at all after the sale. Save yourself a huge headache and avoid this company at all costs.
