Great place for a meal.
It's a great restaurant that has very good Italian food. Sometimes the wait is long, and that can be discouraging. The bread on the table with oil is great and the chicken is always delicious. Good restaurant in Syracuse area.

Excellent food a bit pricey and long waits..
If the wait wasn't so long most of the time, we'd go more often. The food and their sauces are very good.

Best Food!! :).
Me and my boyfriend went to carrabas for the first time about 6 months ago. Since that time we have gone back atleast 6 times. Its a great place to eat. The food is excellent, the portions are great, and the prices are cheap for the quality of food. Everything tastes homeade. I am very picky when it comes to Italian food since my grandmother is 100% Italian and cooks awsome. I have not tried everything on the menu but my favorite is pasta weesie. My boyfriend also really enjoys the food. The people are very polite, and the place is very nice and clean!! It does get busy there, that should be a good sign....... You wont be dissapointed..

An open kitchen churns out wood-fired pizzas and fresh-made pastas at this casual Sicilian-American chain..
In Short
Decorated with family photos of founders Damian Mandola and Johnny Carrabba, the open dining rooms pack groups of friends and extended families into four- and six-person tables and booths; smaller parties or couples can grab stools at the open kitchen's adjoining bar to watch chefs make dinner. The traditional southern Italian menu offers grill specialties like steak Marsala and fire-roasted chicken breast with sun-dried tomatoes; pasta dishes include fettuccine Alfredo and garlic-sauteed shrimp with linguine.
