Turn for the worst.... I am beyond dissatisfied with this establishment. A couple years ago, we used to go here all the time because the menu was awesome and the food was great. Apparently they are under new ownership or something, and the menu has completely changed. The place used to have a authentic menu where you could create your own pasta and pizza dishes...the portions were huge, and the food was delicious because you created it. Now the menu is basically like bar-food and it sucks. I was beyond disapointed..brought my mother there for mothers day because it used to be a cool authentic joint..and now it's mediocre. Would absolutely not recommend it. Oh, and by the way...our server SUCKED.

Great Food, Great location, Great atmosphere. We live in NC but travel frequently to upstate NY. Whenever possible, we have at least one dinner at Joe's Pasta Garage, often with a big group. I love the option of choosing all the additions to my pasta sauce (try the carmelized onions and mushrooms). The soups are also out of this world - try the roasted red pepper soup - best I've ever had! Try it - You'll love it!

A great find just down the street. We were referred to Joe's Pasta Garage by the people at Skaneateles Suites as part of their "secret places" list, and boy, were they right.

I had a custom pizza, my wife had a fabulous salad, we both remraked how great the food was, service was, all round great place.
