HORRIBLE. OIP on James Street is horrid. I usually get my order of wings from W. Genesee St. location and they are so much better. I can't believe they are the same franchise. The wings on James Street were fried too hard even when I put in a special request not to fry hard. The wings taste like they were spoiled. The James Street location should be ashame to serve people the way they do. YUCK!!!!!

ive had better. OIP is by far not the best in the cuse. Their wings are pretty good but the get sickning and their over rated.Pavones in my opinion best pizza hand down along with Little Macs, but ima wing king so i go to lil macs or the change of pace for the best wings in town.

Awful!. My boyfriend and I went to OIP a few days ago, I was actually really excited about the idea because I heard a lot of good things about it. Unfortunately the pizza was terribly disappointing. One of the worst ones I have ever had! The awful smell stuck in his car, we looked the pizza in the fridge and we have no idea of what to do with it. What a waste of $15!

Great Pizza!. I don't know why people in Syracuse don't know good pizza, they aren't that far from NYC. But this is the best pizza in the city hands down. Fresh made, good sized slices, not too greasy (like Twin Trees Pizza). Also, very good cheesesteaks! I'm from Philly and it's hard to find a good cheesesteak, especialy on good bread. Most places just throw meat in a hot dog bun! The wings are tasty too. All the OIP's (James St, Eastwood, Genesee St) are very good. The people behind the counter at the Eastwood one can sometimes have an attitude, but the pizza is worth it.
