My son got married on Saturday, being from out of town, I wasn't sure where to go. The brides mother was kind enough to make an appointment for me to go to her salon. Kathy did such an amazing job on my hair and Kristina gave me a spray on tan. You took such good care of me. I can't thank you enough.
Cozy and cute salon/spa!. I have been going to Encore for a few years now. I enjoy the spa and get my hair done their too. It is a small business with minimal parking but once inside you forget all about that. I have found everyone to be friendly and I don't notice drama there like I do in other salons. The owner is very nice and down to earth and is there working often. The prices are a little on the high side for this area but they are comparable to other salons/spas & I enjoy the relationships I have built there. When I call to make an appointment, I usually can get one the same day or with in a few days. Overall, this is a nice establishment and I have chosen it over all the others in the area for all my hair and spa needs.
Great spa services, but be careful who cuts your hair.... I've used this Salon for a few years and overall have had a positive experience- including hair cuts and colors, massages, facials, mani-pedis. However, there is some in-house drama with the hair stylists. I've used several people there, but somehow when I would call to chedule with one person, I would end up in the appointment book with another. There are some very talented hair stylists there, but there are some others I was not impressed with at all- but I am quite picky about my cuts. A little over-priced for the quality of work on the hair side, but A+ Excellent in massage, makeup, and facials.
poor customer service. Very stuck-up atmosphere. Not worth the penny you spend on it.. Over priced small salon. Hairdressers are not very friendly. You dont get what you pay for bottom line. Long wait ..not worth it. I was very dissapointed after waiting two months for a dye and cut. The color was not what i hoped for and the hairdresser said when it dries it will look better instead of when it dries and you dont like it you can come back and I WILL FIX IT?? No it didnt and there was no remourse after the 210 bill. Lets just say i will not be a repeat customer.
