Promsing, but not all I had hoped. I went in for a facial before Thanksgiving and was looking forward to it since it was the first time I've had one in three years! The atmosphere is really nice and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. The price was even great too. However, when I was having my facial done the aesthetician did about 4 extractions...I hadn't had a facial in 3 years so there was definitely some stuff that needed to be squeezed out of my pores!!! I asked her about this and she said my skin looked pretty clear....I can see blackheads on my own so that is not the case. Perhaps I'm used to a different level having gone to places in NYC. I wanted to walk out of the spa feeling like my skin was uncongested and breathing a breath of fresh air but that didn't happen. But on other things, the spa was very clean, relaxing, decorated nicely and had a nice atmosphere.

fabulous. I enjoy a place that is honest and gives you what you pay for, for example they state on their brochure you are going to receive a 50 min. massage and that is what you are going to get, I have been there 3 times, and each time I love this place more and more. Believe me, I'm a spa addict and I tried a few different locations, from Baldwinsville to Fayetteville, this place has earned my loyalty.
