I LEARNED MY LESSON. When I had my consultation I thought that she was professional and skilled. During my first session my upper lip became red & puffy. She told me that was normal. My skin stayed irritated all week. I went to my next appointment and complained about my skin still being sensitive. She became defensive & snapped back that she was not responsible for my skin reaction. Her attitude was shocking & obnoxious! I have found a new Electrologist, she is caring and proficient. My facial hair is disappearing and I have not had any skin reaction.
