The last management company I hired had poor relations with my tenants, and it was difficult to keep them for very long. Mel and Jay established good relations with the remaining tenants and filled up the vacancies quickly. Now everyone is happy, including me!

Mel and Jay took over nine properties for me and there were a lot of tough decisions and repairs to be made. They kept me up to date throughout the whole process, and they were always straightforward with what needed to be done. They gave me the true facts to make my decisions. Mel & Jay have been doing an outstanding job managing my rental property. Their screening system has gotten me some great tenants and I've heard great feedback about their management from those tenants. If you need good property management in the Syracuse area, Mel and Jay are the people to call.

Highly Recommended!. I am a Canadian who is investing in some property in Syracuse through Mel & Jay Management. There are differences in the housing systems in the US and Canada and they have made it very easy for me. They are very friendly and have solved my problems, including taxes, tenant issues, repairs, etc. I had a negative cash flow before I started working with Mel and Jay, now my cash flow is positive thanks to them. I highly recommend them!!

thanks. This was the company that was most responsive when I was looking for a property manager so that is why I decided to go with them. They are still just as responsive and helpful, I made a great decision.
