As a vegan family, it can be difficult to next to impossible to find a decent place to eat while traveling. Not so in Syracuse, NY! Look no farther than Strong Hearts Cafe! A wide variety of meals means everyone from my finicky 9 yo daughter, to my carnivorous parents can find they something yummy to eat. Oh, and the cupcakes! We ate there on several different trips to Syracuse and each time the food was excellent. Highest recommendations.

A Vegan "Milkshake"?. Yeah I was puzzled too, but let me tell you they have the best "milkshakes" in the world. I don't know what's in, but there's nothing better. I love the chocolate oreo and pumpkin oreo shakes. The atmosphere is very relaxed and calm with free wi-fi. Awesome place to do school work or meet new people. You gotta try it!

Amazing food and shakes are to die for!. I give this a five star for products produced and the advertising of a vegan life. I give the staff one star. They seem a bit robotic and one seemed to have negative energy.
