As Property Managers they have provided amazing service. we don't have to worry about anything with Mel & Jay they take care of everything promptly and efficiently. The communication between us and our tenants are going well and they are just as happy.

Good Company. My previous property manager was terrible (I won't mention the name) and another one of their clients referred me to Mel & Jay. I'm glad to say I now have a company that is doing what it's meant to do. There was a lot of work to be done in the first place too, as my previous manager had left it a terrible mess. They're a good company and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Mel & Jay Makes Being A Long Distance Home Owner Easy!. I have been using Mel & Jay's property management service for two years now and it has been a pleasure. They are always friendly, easy to reach, and most importantly they are trustworthy. As an owner who lives over three hours away from my property, I feel at ease knowing Mel & Jay are handling my tenants and property.
