this place has 2 great vets and some great attendants. they are very kind and caring to both pets and people. they have a no nonsense appriach and tell it like it is. they are very helpful in answering any questions you may have and are very gentle to animals. they are set on the seneca river and have a great waiting area with toys for the animaland/or kids..lol
