Outstanding Cuts and Color!. Morgan does color like no one else. She is extremely knowledgeable and talented. Kim also does an excellent job with cuts. They use great products, obviously keep up with training, and really listen to what their customers want. The only suggestion I would offer them is to find a balance between friendliness and unprofessionalism. At times there's a lot of gossiping going on, cell phone conversations, and waiting around while they are having personal discussions. I think some of that relaxed atmosphere is okay, but a little less of the personal stuff and keeping customers waiting might make for a perfect visit. In general, they are the very best when it comes to hair styling!

Awful Never Again. I went there to get my hair done for a wedding and the style unfortunatly did not turn out well. The woman cutting my hair stunk of alcohol, and the makeup girl i think her name was morgan broke wind AKA passing gas very loud which made this very awkward for me when she was doing my makeup and she didnt even say excuse me and the smell from her buttox was just awful after she broke wind.

highly recommended. After trying a few different stylists in town, I found this place from the Aveda website. I've been about four times now and have gotten absolutely great cuts each time. I've never been disappointed, and I've gotten some pretty drastic cuts - not just trims. I highly recommend Kim, the owner, but the other girls' work is great too. (I've only gone to Kim but seen other customers leaving looking good). What I like most is that it's upscale without being snooty. Everyone I've dealt with has been very warm and cordial.

#1 Salon. I love Benoits. I have been getting my hair done there for years. The staff if friendly and beautiful inside and out. I happen to know that the staff attends many classes year round to continually enhance their education and better provide for the customer. It is an Aveda Concept salon and everyone works for the salon, no one booth rents. I would recommend this salon to anyone and everyone I know.

Wonderful Salon! Great for Bridal parties!!. I went to Benoits for my updo and makeup for my wedding in September. I found everyone to be friendly and very professional. Angela is extremely talented and very knowledgeable about updos. She created an updo that not only looked absolutely beautiful but also stayed put throughout the entire reception. Morgan also did an excellent job on my makeup. I left Benoits feeling beautiful, relaxed, and ready for the wedding! I'm so happy with my decision to go to Benoits for my weddding. I would recommend this salon to anyone.

Not a great experience. My friend and I both tried this salon based on the fact that it is an Aveda Salon. While the stylists did a good job, the atmosphere was incredibly unprofessional. I definitely will not return, and do not recommend them.

This salon is terrible. Words could not begin to describe the awful experience I had at this salon. The staff is under qualified and completly unprofessional, so is the owner. Never in my life have I been treated with such disrespect. Not to mention the knowledge of the staff, if you'd like your hair to have a processed bleached look then please go this salon, if your looking for something more natural then I'd look elsewhere.
