Rude and No Returns. Bought a winter cover on Sat--it was short so I needed to return it for a longer cover (forgot about the stairs--only buy covers every 5 yrs) Went Monday to exchange it for bigger cover. The guy was rude and said no return because when we put it back in the original box, the ends would not close completely! Said it was our error and he won't take it back--HORRIBLE place--will never go back!!

Terrible Communication and Poor Follow Up. I hired this company to open a pool last year. I called them 3 times in one week and left a message to book an appointment. No return phone calls. Avoid this company at all cost.

Broke our new fence!. The excavation contractor they hired backed into our fence. The damage was minor but we asked that they "sure up" the fence by installing a metal sleeve at the ground level. At first they argued and denied the claim. Then, finally the owner admitted fault and agreed to fix it - however, it's been a year and they have yet to do anything!!!

Poor Communications and Customer Relations. Very Poor. Owners fail to take responsibilty for their error and become confrontational and nasty when confronted. Their error cost me work time, fee paid for estimate and certified check fees. When I confronted Garrett Quackenbush in the store he became very confrontational and threatening. He also said he would send us a check for the $50.00 estimators fee. This has been almost 2 months and still no check I filed a complaint with the Better Bus Bureau and now he is trying to mislead and threaten them with legal action. An unbelievely POOR businessman with no customer relations skills or ability to maintain his temper. What he fails to understand in the long run is that by word of mouth to anyone I can relate my experience to Syracuse Pool and Patio will lose a lot more business than $50.00.

prompt service. Had a problem with my 3 year old pool purchased from someone else. These guys came right out to take care of my pool pump,(clogged propeller) . Very nice crew that was sent and very helpful.
