THE YOUNG LADY WAS VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL. SHE RAN HERSELF RAGGED TO MAKE SURE WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED. THE STORE WAS NICE. THE SELECTION WAS A LIL SCARES BUT OVERALL HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.

Dude! Where's My Sweatshirt!!??

I am so sorry I did not come across this website before I made my purchase with Sacks Department Store!! I should have done my research first. It has been over a month since I placed my order with Sacks. A simple order, just one thermal lined sweatshirt. I had planned to use it on a camping trip that was coming up in three weeks. I figured it would arrive in 2 to 2 and a half weeks tops. I have shopped with: Sportsmans Guide, Amazon, Zappos, OverStock and countless other online stores and they always estimate about 7-10 Days or so. The online stores mentioned never fail to Amaze ME! In less than a week, sometimes 4 days, my shipments/orders are waiting for me at my front door! I thought that Sacks would do the same. Heck no. Like the other fellow that wrote/complained about Sacks, I have attempted to contact Sacks, via e-mail and telephone. Absolutely no feedback what so ever. NO confirmation, No "Thank You for placing an order with us", NO UPS tracking website, NO apologies, NO NOTHING!!! After closing this letter I am going to try getting my money back. Are these guys even a real Company? Thanks for nothing S*CKS I mean SACKS! I'M FREEZING MAN!!
