We have been using Hence for at least 12 years. Their work is excellent and turnaround time is reasonable considering the volume of business they carry. When things aren't fixed quite right (things happen...), they always take us right back in, and make it right. The personnel there are ALL friendly, concerned, and trustworthy. If you need work done, by all means, give them a call.

BTW - AAA has taken away all towing business from independent shops, including Hence. One employee (who was giving me a ride home from leaving my car at the shop) told me this has taken away a substantial ($20,000) part of his yearly income, which cost him his car, and severely harmed his credit rating. So much for helping the American Small Business community. And in this economy, too.

AAA said they needed the extra money because of the bad winter they had. Really? Well, they are going to lose money in cancelled memberships.. Hope their accounting department brings them back to reality.

Honest, fair and easy to deal with. Started bringing them work about 2 years ago. Completely satisfied. As a backyard mechanic I do my own brakes and such it was nice to find a shop that understands and even suggests "you could probably fix that" rather than taking my money.

You will not be disappointed with Hence.

Very customer oriented. I have been going there for a few years. They do great work, and if something wasn't repaired correctly (only one time), they fixed it without hesitation and at no extra cost. In addition, once they made a mistake on the cost (quite a bit, and in my favor), and, despite the many hours they put into one repair, they did not charge me the correct amount, despite my argument to the contrary, costing them hundreds of dollars. They have offered - and given - me rides when my car is with them for a length of time. I have found them to be fair and HONEST. I have a 15-year-old car and they could have milked odds and ends for extra costs, and I wouldn't have known better, but the inspection bill was just the cost of the inspection. As a woman, I have never felt spoken down to. I can't recommend these guys enough!

Good Repairs, Good Customer Service. The 2nd time I brought my car in there was a misunderstanding about the cost of the repair and I was shocked. The misunderstanding was resolved and I actually made some connections for internships. Would recommend this place to others.
