Life Savers. I have used veneskys for appliance repairs several times over the past few years. Bob has always been great . When my washer broke last week I called and they were able to get a serviceman here the next day. The service guy called me a half an hour before he arrived to confrim I would be available(I think his name is Chris), He took his shoes of when he came in my house, went right to work and within 30 minutes I had a working washer again.(Which is a Life Saver when you have 4 kids!) Would recomend them to anyone!!!!

Awsome Service. I have bought appliances from bob for several homes including my own. I have always gotten a great deal. Bob has even walked me through simple repairs to my own applaince to save me from the cost of a service call. Try getting help like that from sears, homedepot or olums- it aint going to happen!!!!

Not a good experience. We have done business with Vanesky many times over the years and the service and attitudes have become increasingly bad. This last experience was so bad that I will not use Vanesky again. The service man was rude and arrogant and would not even listen to the symptoms of the problems. He immediately started arguing and disagreeing before he even looked at the appliance. It was a very negative experience and one that I won't experience again.

Always dependable and honest. I have ordered all of our appliances from Venesky's since 1990 when Dave owned the place. Bob has taken over and continues to offer great service. If I need a new appliance I always call Bob and ask what he recommends; he will tell me what units have potential issues and which ones seem to require very little maintenance. Bob always seems to give me the best deal, no one can ever beat it. Every service call that I have had with Venesky's his staff has been punctual and fair. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

hit and miss. I'm a landlord and have used Venesky several times. I had some very good service experiences with him, fixing washers, dryers, refridgerators, etc. I used to have Bob's cell phone. Unfortunately, I've lost it. The last 3 times I've had appliance issues, I've called, but no one has responded. I'm not sure if the lady answering the phone writing the messages down or what. I ended up buying a washer from Ra-Lin and a gas oven range from Olum's for my last two appliance calls. I have a refridgerator down, and as has been the experience, the last few times, no one is calling me back. I guess it's time to move on.

Awful Service. Ordered a stove and microwave through Venesky. I had to call myself to schedule a time and date for delivery and install. I physically stopped in store and met with a woman to give instructions on which way to come in house. I left my back door open for people to get in and told them to use front door if they had trouble moving items into house. Even with these instructions the delivery people came through back door which resulted in them dropping my stove and breaking my steps. The stove had a huge dent in drawer. Venesky did not take fault in breaking my steps and also took 4 weeks to deliver a new drawer. Will never use them again and strongly suggest others to go to people who care about customer service.

Not Needed. I bought a refridgerator from here and had many problems with it. I had to have the service man to my house 3 or 4 times. The last time I called about the same bs I was told that my business was not needed and I was hung up on. Not only was I insulted I was still stuck with the peice of garbage they sold me. Thank god for Sears.

Solid business. I have bought several appliances here and had them service our dryer after a flood in the basement and most recently our old oven that needed an ignitor. Quick service, service guy had part with him and installed and we're back in business.

Bad Business. I do not reccomend this business for anyone. These people are clueless when it comes to appliance repair and they are the only ones who dont see it. They were very rude to me.
