Great dogs. I couldn't understand what the big deal was until I got here. There was a line out the door and apparently this is typical.

I had the mixed double and it was delicious. Calling these 'hot dogs' do them an injustice. They are worth waiting in line!

TOP DOG. HEIDS OF LIVERPOOL is an Upastate (NY) institution. A classic hotdog stand with a long history, this location is always number one on my places to stop at when in the Syracuse area. While an other East Coast Hotdog etablishment ( no names mentioned but you can figure it out ) is busy touting popularity or holding contests to see who can inhale the most hotdogs, Heids has established THE BEST TASTING HOTDOGS IN NEW YORK period. Order 'em as you like, they are the best!

Dont be dismayed by the wait from time to time, the wait is worth it!!!!
