Most Authentic Indian Food!!!. I enjoy eating at the India House! The Reshmi Kabab is my favorite, I have tried it at other retsaurants and the India House BY FAR has the best!! The prices are great. I mainly get take-out (my daughter loves the Chicken Tikka Masala!) but I enjoy eating in as well! India House Restaurant is a very personable and clean restaurant! I love it!! :)

Best Indian food in Central New York - undoubtedly. Excellent food. Particularly lamb vindaloo, lamb mango, chicken tikka and masala. The meat is always extremely tender here. They also have excellent naan and poppadoms. At lunch if you order off of the lunch menu, you get a poppadom with your meal. Every dish I've tried here has been superb, so for me to say "particularly" I'm basically saying these are my favorites. As I said, everything I've ever tried here has been phenomenal.

On Sundays they have a lunch buffet from I believe 11-3, which is very good as well - nice selection and it's tended too very often. The buffet is nice, especially if it's your first time to the restaurant.

The servers are always gracious. Very quick to offer you more rice if they see you are low (the rice comes with your order, which is not too common I've come to notice).

It's basically a very nice place to eat, with simply excellent food. I try to go as often as I can.

If you like Indian food, or have never tried Indian food before, I'd recommend trying this place as soon as possible.

Best cuisine experience!. The food was amazing and the owners helped give the place real a famliy-like atmosphere. I enjoyed it throughly and will definitly return many times with my family and friends. I have not stopped raving about the food and those who I have recommended it to have also had a good experience. The chef will costumize the food to one's taste, so don't hesitate to stop by whenever you are craving something delicious!

Lousy food. After I read the couple of excellent reviews, I decided to eat at India House. I was very disappointed with the quality of food. I ordered Vegetable Samosa, Mutter Paneer (cheese and peas) and Roti (Indan bread). The samosa was very bland and had no flavor. The mutter paneer looked pale and was very unappetizing. Looks confirmed the taste. Roti which is supposed to be made out of healthful whole wheat flour was instead made from wheat flour adulterated with all purpose flour. Reviewers that rave about this place have no idea of good Indian food. I am from New York City and I know good food. This place is an apology for Indian food.

Good little place. This was some of the best Indian food I've had here in the States, and good value. I chose this place over an Indian buffet down the road, and was delighted. Friendly service to say the least, they were kind (even though I was only one in there at the time on a rainy Wednesday) and brought the dishes out with a little time in between.

The Onion bhaji starter was nicely spiced and crisp. They also made me up a Keema Nan, although it wasn't on their menu and they made a good job of it. I had Chicken Tikka Masala for the main dish, and although not a large portion on this lunch time, it was actually plenty once the rice and a mushroom side curry appeared.

Food was tasty and hot, and I enjoyed the meal a lot. Wish we had more of this quality of food at other Indian restaurants I've tried while on the road in the US. Go to the India House and tuck into some good scran !

Helpful friendly wait staff, EXCELLENT Indian food, priced reasonably, Great Vegan options.. I take my out of town guest here everytime she visits because we're both vegan and both love Indian food. We were nervous about ordering from the menu, but when we told our waiter we're vegan, he had so many suggestions. The food is great, definitely get the flat bread with the different sauces. It's so delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant!
