Loves it!!!. I love this place.Great food,service and portions.I always leave happy and full.The "customer recovery" review made me laugh.It sounds like someone who puts something in their food to try to get a free meal.haha.

Very Poor Customer Recovery. The woman who has been working there for 13 years needs to go to a customer recover course to learn that the ?Customer is Always Right?. She was very rude and argumentative. She practically called a customer a liar and definitely lost a good group of loyal patrons.

The owner should probably relook at his/her staff before losing all your loyal customer.

Everything great every tmie!. Italian or seafood, everything pleases. Atmosphere is old Italian family home (complete with sloped floors and bend-so-you-don't-bump-the-ceiling stairs to bathrooms). As an Italian who has been frequenting this restaurant for 30 years, I am always stuffed and happy. No other sauce in the area compares. Sauce, soups, steak and seafood are sizeable portions and very tasty. Service is always exceptional, even when the place is packed. When the wait has been long at our table, we have even been given samples of soup on the stove with fresh Italian bread for dunking. If you leave this restaurant hungry or unhappy you must be a pessimist with no taste buds. Prices are reasonable for quantity of food received.
