Amazing Sushi.
The parking lot is always full within an hour of opening. We are usually able to get a seat at the sushi bar. The sushi is as good as we have had anywhere.
A tribute to management is that the staff is experienced, happy, and does not turn over. All the food has been of high quality, and the atmosphere is quite friendly, and welcoming. I am always surprised by how many people make a special trip in from out of town, ONLY to eat at this restaurant.
Great value, great food, and obviously, judging from the parking lot, this is a secret to no one!!

The absolute best sushi I have ever eaten in my life! My husband and I went to Ichiban for our anniversary and sat at the sushi bar. We are not novices to sushi but it was the first time I had sat at the sushi bar. The chefs were amazing and so friendly. They made us feel at home and were friendly and helpful. We tried so many new things and everything was delicious! I especially liked the Uni! Please go and try at least one thing you haven't before.
For those not into sushi, Ichiban has the BEST hibachi as well. I remember coming here when I was a kid (25+ years ago) and it is just as impressive now as it was then! The hibachi chefs are very skilled and never fail to impress with their style and their fab food.
