I have been seeing Dr. Wells for about twenty years now. This is a small, quiet practice, where you get lots of careful attention from the doctor, and I highly recommend this experience over any quick service strip mall operation.

Poor Customer Service.
It seems like every time our family uses Dr. Wells' office, we order our contact lenses, wait 2-3 weeks, call back, only to find that they've been in or not even ordered yet. It's very unfortunate that the poor customer service overshadows a great Optometrist.
Considering changing optometrists.

Liverpool Optometrist with RUDE Receptionist.
I called to schedule an eye exam. The receptionist who picked up the phone was very rude, and very "short" with me. No pleastantries, no greetings..nothing!
Guess I'm NOT going there!
