Great Stylist

I had an appointment with Tammy last evening and she was absolutely wonderful. She listened to what I wanted and made suggestions to make the look even better. She spent 2.5 hours with me and gave me a look that was more than I expected. If you are a 30 something girl looking for an update go see Tammy she will take care of you.

Worst hairstylist ever

I decided to go here because it was recommended by some family members. First off, when I met my "stylist," she hardly greeted me (no hello, how are you). I should've known from then that it was going to go downhill from there. When she looked at my hair, she looked at me with pure and utter disgust. She tried to second guess what I came in to do, even though I was trying to detail what I wanted done. Then she told me my hair was very frizzy and dry and proceeded to say, "I am afraid to ask what products or shampoo you use." During the entire haircut she had a disgusted expression on her face and kept sighing. She kept on giving me "advice" (which are common sense things which she was saying since she obviously thought my hair was hideous). After she cut my hair she told me, "your hair looks so much better now," and then asked, "are you wearing makeup? because you'd look much better if you did."

I have NEVER been more insulted in my life. I went in for a TRIM and was not expecting some rude, uneducated, uncouth, insecure witch to insult me. She is a hairstylist, and I expect her to cut my hair and be kind. I am not paying her to insult me. I was nearly in tears by the end because of how rude she was. I don't care if she hates my hair or thinks it's awful, it's not her job to tell me her opinion. I am NEVER going here again.

Worst Salon EVER

HORRIBLE service. The so-called "professional" who had been doing hair "longer than I have been alive" made me feel terrible about my hair and myself. She did nothing but belittle me. She even had the nerve to tell me I probably had cancer. I mean, come on, how asinine does someone have to be. Talk about insecurity and jealousy. My hair is perfectly fine! I did not even go there for a dye job, I went there for a TRIM!!! She wanted to call my hair into a pixie cut (my hair is about 3 inches past my shoulders).

All they do is chat, complain and talk about one another while providing services! I even wrote a letter to the management, who was kind enough to give me a personal call to follow up and granted me a refund. I don't care if you're having THE WORST DAY IN YOUR ENTIRE LIFE, if you are employed and providing a service you should NEVER EVER take it out on a paying customer. You should ask to leave early. B!tch!!!
