Superb customer service. Prices are a tad higher but their p. Superb customer service. Prices are a tad higher but their products and service are definitely worth every penny. You will never want to call another HVAC contractor again. Thanks Mapstone!

Courteous, professional, and honest.
Doug Mapstone Inc. is who we called to wire our coffeeshop in Manlius -- Thanks-A-Latte.
The technician arrived on time, provided a reasonable quote, stuck to it (despite some unexpected difficulty), was mature and responsible, and got the job done in a timely fashion. We will use them again without even thinking about it.
