Overrated. I don't want to give the wrong impression, because I like Pascale's. However, it's good - not great - food, (Unless you get the antelope...never disappointing) with good - not great - service. That's fine, but they try to present themselves as so much more. The ambiance is great, but it should be for the price. I say save the cash and the pretention, and take the short trip over to Gentile's, where the food outweighs the hype.

Great Place To Eat. Pascale is a fantastic place for a quiet intimate dinner. They also feature live music on Saturdays for the perfect ambiance. They have a vast array of entres that change with the seasons displaying allthe best flavors. If you are looking for that perfect restaurant to propose of even have your next anniversary party in Pascale is definitaly the place.

LA Lite. Pascale's has the look of a scaled-down LA restaurant, but luckily, it (like all Syracuse restaurants) are pretention-free zones, and aside from the standard ahi tuna, the menu leans less towards fusion and more towards continental. The food, service, and atmosphere are all excellent, and it has one of the best wine selections in the area. The cuisine isn't necessarily creative, but they have many interesting offerings. If you're in the mood for dinner out with a metropolitan aura...Pascale's is the place.
