I had been in search of the right salon for me !! The staff at industry were great and extremely knowledgeable. They only uses bumble and bumble Matt is great at color and cuts I completely trust him 100%. They r right on downtown so it's perfect and a great environment. They all are no bullshit and really will advise u what is the best and what will work the best

I can't recommend industry more!! They r the best in Syracuse. Expensive but worth it.

I was on the hunt for a last minute haircut, and called on Thursday morning for a Saturday morning appointment. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Amanda. She was fabulous. I can't say enough wonderful things about the salon. I am in love with my new hair, and will most certainly be back in the future.

Experts!. I have been coming to industry for 2 years now. I have always had the best service. The entire staff is very knowledgeable and they always look outstanding. I have never seen this place empty. It is always non stop busy with a bunch of happy customers. Industry is the best salon in town!

Great Style. Some of these reviews are crazy. I have been going to Industry for 5 years, and have always had great service. I've never had a bad experience, nor have any of my friends who go there. My hair has never been healthier thanks to my great Bumble and Bumble products. I usually see Amanda, but have been to a few of the other stylists also. I am thrilled every time. Industry is the best in Syracuse for great style.

LOVE Industry!. I've been going to Industry since I was a teenager (I'm now 25). I didn't even live in the area until this past year and would travel from Albany or NYC just to get my hair done! I've never trusted a stylist like I trust Matt. He is AMAZING. I've literally told him he had free reign over my hair and that I didn't want to know anything til I was done, and I've NEVER been let down.

I came crying from an appt in NYC that cost me $300 and left me looking like a skunk the day before a photo shoot to Industry and within 3 hours I loved my hair again.

It's worth the money and time to me to walk into a salon and not be scared about how I may look when I come out.

Any good salon is going to have a waiting list... that's how you know it's good! All you have to do is make your follow up the same day and you'll be fine.

They are also all very nice over there. They know their products and are in over all good moods. Always smiling, always friendly and professional.

I even go there for my up-do's for Halloween and such.

If none of that made you want to check them out then maybe the fact that Matt resembles Johnny Depp will :) lol. <3 them.

Had goodluck with Headquarters Salon. Recently had a cut and color @ Headquarters in DeWitt by Jason at the referral of a friend.

I was impressed at how down to earth and friendly they were.

The salon is not flashy, maybe a bit outdated as far as decor goes, but they took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me what I wanted (no suprises!).

Would definately return and recommend them to anyone.

Bad Color Again. I went here a couple months back and had some hilights. They turned an ugly shade of ORANGE. I have dark hair and it's hard for me to find someone who can actually give me what I want. (not orange). No compensation given. Just aggrivation... In a long attempt to find somone I finally did at Liz Lanza's. I am not sure why people in Syracuse can't do what my new colorist made seem so easy..hmm. I don't recomment this place. If you want professional and expert service, try Jillian at Liz Lanza's!

Overpriced & Overpaid. Ya know, I have heard about the buzz at Industry from a couple people. Ummmm, not sure what they are thinking! I had my hair hilighted and cut and styled. My color was so ugly and unflattering to my skin tone. My cut was uneven. I have never left somewhere so unhappy. I asked for a compensation and got nothing! I am so mad so I am on here to let everyone know not to waste your money. After scrambling for a new place to fix my hair, I found Liz Lanza's. Luckily my new stylist knew what to do to get rid of my brassy tones and cut my hair straight. So, kudos to her. The prices are similar to both, but at Liz Lanza's, it's money well spent! Industry is a time and money waster. Just because it's in armory means nothing!

loved it!!!!!!. I just moved to the syracuse area and had tried many salons and just did not walk out satisfied. I have fine hair that is hard to cut and most stylists tend to leave me with that mushroom hairstyle I hate. A customer of mine had a great haircut so I asked her where she got it done and industry was her salon of choice so I decided to give it a chance. When I called to make an appointment the women that answered the phone was so helpful and nice I didn't know what to do. When I went in for my appointment I came to discover that it was a full service salon so like to all women a day of beauty sounded really nice. I ended up having a great cut and color, and a very relaxing manicure and pedicure which might I say lasted FOREVER I don't know what she did different but my nail never looked so good. My overall experience at Industry was great I made my 6 week follow up appointment and can't wait to do it all again.
