Had goodluck with Headquarters Salon

by Headquarters

Recently had a cut and color @ Headquarters in DeWitt by Jason at the referral of a friend.

I was impressed at how down to earth and friendly they were.

The salon is not flashy, maybe a bit outdated as far as decor goes, but they took the time to listen to my concerns and gave me what I wanted (no suprises!).

Would definately return and recommend them to anyone.

  • Pros: Listened to what I wanted
  • Cons: None

In Regaurds to Heather Isabell's posting

by llss

FOR HEATHER:

A couple of salon clients brought this review to our attention. I don't think that a personal attack on us is a very honest way to go about "plugging" your own salon on another salons site. It is your comment stating "we do not have to bad mouth each other", so why are you doing so? There is no jealousy from us. Everyone has turnovers.

We stay on top of our education sending our employees to NYC & L.A. and so on.... we ARE on top of our game. We don't need to bash other salons. They reviews that are negative are not from us. We have gotten many clients from "top" salons in the Syracuse area who did find out about us from our reviews on another website. All I can say is, it must be new clients we have attained who wrote the reviews.

Accusations and slander is not pretty. We would appreciate it if you wouldn't say negative things about us as we wouldn't do that to you!

Lot's of fake bad reviews

by heatherizzy

Hello, I am a hairstylist and I have never been in Industry. I have read these so called bad reviews and quickly understood the hairstylist lingo! It seems to me like the other salons in the area are just so cut-throat, or jealous of industry that they will write a fake bad review, and then plug their salon. It is sooooo obvious Liz Lanza! And the others out there...downtown is a HUGE market. There is enough to go around. Get your clients the honest way, by putting out good work.

I will plug my Armory Square salon here...My name is Heather Isabell, and I am the manager at reVamp salon. We are new and easier to get in to. Industry is excellent at what they do, apparently because of the business they have. But if you do not have 6 weeks to wait, then check me out at reVamp salon 315 422 4724, (and we have free parking).

I came from Garbo's on SU hill and I have nothing but good reviews. (Let's hope the bad ones don't start here, you might want to check your dates) I have 17 years of experiance and am looking to put reVamp on the map.

My main message is to the other salons in the area. We do not have to bad mouth each other. It is ridiculous! Just put out good work. Period.

Thanks for the forum.
