Lies and More Lies.
The EXACT same thing happened to me as to Kim. I ordered the sparkly flats and went to pick them up. The blonde woman had ordered them in the wrong style (open toe) and I refused them. She was very nonchalant about it "oh well that's just what they sent me." I needed them for an event that night--as she knew.
I was only visiting Syracuse and asked for the correct flasts to be shipped to me in Pennsylvania. Four weeks later, still no flats. I called and she said they were sent but could not provide me with a tracking number.
I asked for a refund and will update if I receive one.
Horrible customer service and a total waste of time.

I should have known when I visited the store. The blond-haired woman behind the desk was arguing with someone. But I loved those sparkly flats for my wedding dress, so I ordered them.
What followed was months of lies about UPS packages being lost, not being able to give out tracking numbers, not being able to reimburse my credit card because she "didn't have it anymore." She hung up on my three times. I've had to cancel dress fittings. I'm not sure what to do here, so I emailed Armory Square and now I'm trying to figure out who owns the store so I can appeal to them.
If anyone's out there, please help.
