Don't use Tiffany's Catering. One star is two much! This company is awful, we hired them to cater our wedding reception. In the begining Howard the owner couldn't be more helpful as soon as we gave them our deposit things changed fast. Communication was awul they were rude, howard and his sidekick eric would take weeks to get back to me. They overcharged us at the reception and refused to provide any service till we paid the additional amount. So My reception started late and we had to ask family for money to pay the additional amount, we missed family pictures and everything started an hour late! The waitstaff was horrible they were rude and swore openly about my guests. The food was all cold and the potatoes were boxed. It took them over 2 hours to serve 100 people. The bar ran out of beer two hrs before the reception ended. The Bartender would yell at my guests. The power went out for 20 minutes because of something they did in the kitchen, we had no lights or music complete darkness. The bartender would yell over everyone at the reception to the other side. In the end when I was complaining about all of this the owner Howard would refuse to deal with me and would hang up on me. When I asked Howard what the problem with the electic was, he literaly grunted and walked away from me.We rented a tent from them and it rained they didn't bring extra linens so I had guests sitting at wet tables. I reported them to the Better Buisness Bureau. If you are a bride don't let them ruin your day they are a joke. If you already gave them money walk away and let them keep your deposit its worth it! I wish a million times over that I had . Please don't let them ruin your event! I beg of you do your buisness elsewhere! Please don't support them.
extremely disappointing. We had a very disappointing experience with Tiffany's Catering service. Initially we were persuaded by their ability to handle both food and rentals, but soon realized that they could not handle either. Despite numerous meetings where we discussed details and how we wanted the wedding to be organized, the staff were extremely condescending and rude. We rented a tent, dance floor, tables, chairs, and linens. All were overpriced and had scratches and cuts. The rented tables were atrocious. Appetizers were displayed poorly and did not taste the same as those given to us during our tasting. Today we found numerous pieces of appetizers in the trash with one bite taken out of them and our guests had thrown them away. We had the choice of prime rib or chicken piccata for dinner. Food was served lukewarm despite numerous requests that food be served very hot. The chicken was extremely dry. Asparagus with dinner was canned. There is no excuse for not using fresh asparagus this time of year. Multiple details that we requested were missed, including table cloths on some tables. Overall, the staff was very unprofessional and disappointing. We were most frustrated with the request that we pay for everything, including the 15% gratuity (close to $2000) in advance of food service, although they certainly did not deserve it. We were extremely disappointed and DO NOT recommend Tiffany?s.
