Great Televisions, Electronic Store. I have purchased several televisions, cameras and some electronic equipment at Ra-Lin. The best thing about this store is the knowledgeable staff. They were able to answer all my questions about my new Nikon camera. They also offer a free class to get you familiar with the camera and equipment. I also felt the same way when i purchased my last two televisions from Ra-Lins. Knowledgeable, friendly and LOCAL.

Not Very Knowledgeable Staff. Years ago I bought a product from Ra-Lin and was pretty happy about the experience. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. That was then, this is now!

Maybe I went on the wrong day and the wrong time, but helpful and knowledgeable seems to not exist any longer. The only help we got is where items are found. When we inquired about a particular type of appliance, the saleswoman became at a loss of words. She went and asked a salesperson who seemed like he had better things to do, but came to help us regardless.

Here's where we decided to never return to Ra-Lin again. When we inquired about our particular appliance, the salesman said that they no longer make those type of appliances. Well after having our intelligence insulted, we went to Kmart where we found, lo and behold, the item that no longer exists. The internet is also full of them not to mention other appliance and department stores.

Word to Ra-Lin, if you don't carry the item say that you don't carry it. Don't try to steer us to another 'similar' appliance. And if the customer is wasting the salesperson's precious time, perhaps there should be 'help wanted' ads in the paper!
