Not so good at color or people skills

I am in total agreeance with Kissesesque's review. I don't think they really know what they are doing there. My hair is dark and wanted something nice and brown for hilights and got ORANGE. EEEEWWWW! I felt like a pumpkin. None of their corrections by putting more color over them even helped. Really disappoined, so I took the advice from Kisses "new" salon and boy was she right! I like reading the reviews to really get a feel of good places to go and where not to go.

They have a friendly receptionist who is extremely helpful, the staff seems to be very educated,the salon is clean, the exposed wood and brick makes for a very cool enviornment, their prices are very reasonable, and their work is very consistant.
