up a solo practice at 1223 North Salina Street a few

years ago.

There are many positive patient reviews here that are truthful and talk about what a good doctor Dr. Octaviani is.

She is my doctor. She is tough but I think she is a great

doctor. Sometimes there is a wait but she always takes

care of me. This page is not for Dr. Octaviani.

If you read many of the negative reviews they are about

Compassionate Family Medicine. Some attack Dr. Octaviani but when you look closely at the authors and the text they look like something like an advertisement

for Compassionate Family Medicine. They mention

things only CFM staff might know. Others look like a

disgcruntled former employee.

I was a patient at CFM when doctor Octaviani struggled to provide her patients with the best care possible.

I've been told that CFM is run by family and friends of the current doctor. They don't phone in scripts, they

make you wait hours and hours in the waiting room.

From what I hear from friends that still go to CFM you'd

be better off anywhere else but this place. For Dr Octaviani i give five (*****) stars. CFM gets 0 but the

system requires you to give at least 1 star.…

These Reviews Confuse Me. My mind is kind of boggled by these reviews. I see Dr. Octaviani and LOVE her. At first I got a little frustrated because my first two visits had me waiting in the waiting room for like, two hours, but now that I look back it must have been because she was just starting out and trying to work out the kinks.

My only real complaint was the one nurse who was texting on her phone while asking me why I was there, and while she was taking my BP, but I only saw her there that one time, so I'm guessing she got fired.

I love Dr. Octaviani. I've seldom been so pleased with a physician. She really takes the time to go over your test results with you instead of just telling you their results, you actually know what those results MEAN. And she is very thorough when checking you over. I love her.…

This doctor is the worst doctor in the syracuse area, highly not recommended, IN IT FOR THE $$$$$$$$$$. All she wants is your money or should I say your insurance money. She wants to see you every couple weeks...for what???? the money maybe???? Any other Dr. is once every 3 months if that. She is very unprofessional, you ask for medication that you need and she assumes that you have a addicition problem. Her only worry is about one thing and that is MONEY, not your care. I wouldn't even send my dog to her!!! She is in it for the money and not to make sure that you are taken care of and comfortable like another doctor. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY OR YOUR INSURANCE MONEY, SHE IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND THE STAFF IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL!…

Great Care - Did you go to Compassionate Family Medicine?. It has been a while since my family went to this place. Don't ever recall seeing a dr octavio. staff just didn't seem to get things right. The wait times were long. with 4 NP it sounds like you don't see
