Exceptional Service. I agree with the second review. Charney's service is exceptional so I hesitate to believe the negative review.

You can walk into that store and have no idea what you need to wear for a certain event, and be taken care of in no time - it's painless shopping for men! Their service is incomparable, especially since it's hard to find any service these days. Great looks, great sales... and real experts to help you.

cant believe the way this store treated a good cust.. sold me torn jacket an wouldnt replace it and they were rude an are lucky to be alive
