Lousy at both locations. Tried it for breakfast and dinner while still on James Street. Service was lousy, breakfast food okay. Dinner food is awful. Pasta overcooked, blah. Wait staff poorly trained. Yuck. Tried it one more time after they moved to Teall. Same lousy food and service. Don't know why anyone eats there.

SUCKED!!!!! NASTY FOOD!!!!. Last night was our first time, and DEF. our last!!!! The food was disgusting, salty, and overcooked! When we told them the prime rib was under-cooked, they microwaved it, and when we told them the chicken parm was just disgusting, they did nothing about it, untouched, and left on the plate to be thrown out, paid 15.00 and didn't even eat it. We had one server for a party of 35! Really? We knew that wasn't going to be good. She was trying very hard to do everything, but who can take care of 35 people??? Uhh, very disappointed. Not worth even going in at all!

Service SUCKS!!!. gI have been to this establishment several times since they have been on Teall Ave. and let me just say the service SUCKS!!! When the were on James and Midler the service was impeccable NOT SO MUCH NOW.

I went for lunch with some friends of mine and waited approx 25 minutes before anyone even came to our table for drink orders. Once we ordered everything was either overcooked or not fresh (seafood that smelled very fishy, couldnt even get it to my mouth without gagging). We sent all of our meals back and asked them to take the 2 seafood pasta dishes off our bill (which didnt happen) the steak that we ordered Medium came out well done so we sent that back too.....got that back rare.....DISGUSTING!!! I'm sorry to say but the owners obviously dont give to craps about what happens at their restaurant as long as they are making money. I will never waste my money or even my time in this establishment again.

best service ever. my family and i have great things to say about this place we go there all the time. however this past weekend we took some out of town friends there and to our delight our server was the best we could have ever asked for and more. she was new only there for about 2 weeks but how wonderful she was. fast friendly and if there was something she did not know she was quick to find the answer and return to us with it, her name was jackson and i have to say wonderfull job keep up the good work and we will be back for sure.

BEST PRICES GREAT STEAK VERY BIG GIANT PORTIANS EVERYTHING COMES WITH SOUP OR SALAD AND POTATO OR PASTA GREAT DEALS. THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN TO I LOVE IT I EAT THERE EVERY DAY THE LOWEST PRICES THE MOST FOOD YOU CAN GET A LARGE 26 OZ STEAK POTATO OR PASTA AND SOUP OR SALAD ALL FOR UDER 15 DOLLARS THIS PLACE SENDS DELMONICOS TEXAS ROADHOUSE APPLE BEES AND DINOSAUR BBQ AWAY AND ALL OTHER PLACE LIKE THAT

A night with the girls. Well it's a good thing we don't always listen to what others have to say. Especially when their last post was marked over a year ago! Our dining experience could not have been better the food was superb the price was astonishing and the service was just as well. The place was packed and our server had no issues checking on us refilling our drinks or bringing the check. I've been back since and I have yet to have any problems just service with a smile

Good food....lousy service. I have been to this establishment several times - food is good, portions are fantastic, but the service of the staff is highly questionable. I've been in the food service industry for over 22 years and I have always been disappointed in the way we have been treated; i.e. forgetting to do refills when asked, not paying attention to order specifications (crispy bacon?-it was barely cooked)(asked for water refill 2 times - never got it) (had to go up to counter to ask for the bill, a to-go container and change for a $20) The entrees are huge and the price is right. If you get to-go orders - always double check them - it has also been a problem. I probably won't go back there again - I haven't been there in 8 mos. or so and was hoping things had changed. I guess I expected too much. LOL
