not so great. Went there on a Saturday night-not good. The salad looked and tasted like yesterdays left over. The waitress was slow. The chicken parm was burnt on the bottom. The italian bread was cold. I prefer warm if not room temperature italian bread with my meal. It took 20 minutes for our salad and first round of drinks. We had to flag the waitress down for refills.

Dominicks has the best chicken parm. I recently had a business meeting at Dominicks and it was a very functional environment, Now the food on the other hand was like taling a trip to gammys place when she was in Solvay on Morgan Ave. well prepared with a tasty sauce and fresh bread..that was enough four me. Closed the deal and my bclient picked up the tab..I love it when a plan works out..

My favorite restaurant. This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Syracuse. Love the relaxed friendly atmosphere.

Frozen Dinners. The service is friendly, but the food is just plain nasty. It really is as if you are paying someone to heat up a Swanson's for you. Not even in the oven, I mean microwaved Hungry Man meals. I have no idea how this restaurant keeps winning awards from local newspapers.

Do not order the prime rib. We visited Dominicks on a Monday for the prime rib special. Our experience was not good. The prime ribs were ordered medium rare and came out well done with a mushy texture, like a tenderizer was used on them. One baked potato had a chemical taste to it and was returned. The other potato was overcooked. The house salads were swimming in dressing. This place is known for having large portions, but quantity does not mean quality. I would not go back.

User review by premise2003. Phenomenal value. Very good food, very reasonable prices. Not 5-star, but certainly 4-star, with 2 0r 3-star prices. Quite friendly, staff morale seemed high. Good desserts, as well. I love this place.
