Thank You!. I've had nothing but a great experience with The Funding Source. Unfortunately, when people get approved for a loan and close they are happy and when they are declined or they are unhappy and write negative reviews.

There is a 3rd class of individuals - those who don't understand that the mortgage world caught on fire and it's harder to get a loan today than it was 3 years ago. So, there are a lot more hoops to jump through

The Funding Source - like every bank and banker from the big guys to the locals - don't make money saying "no" or asking tons of questions. But, after the wall street crash that is what happened.

What i do know is that The Funding Source makes sure that it's borrowers qualify, can handle the payments, and they document their work and close the loans.

When they can't they will tell you what you have to do to get a mortgage and work with. If you're willing to do what it takes in this day and age.

And that is why I refer to The Funding Source. Because they deliver

Beware buyers!!!!! This organization will do everything it can to get in your pocket. We have great income, great credit, and they were not able to deal with details that other lenders have. If it's not easy, they don't follow through. When they dropped the ball and stopped returning phone calls, they sent us a bill 4 months later for credit report charges! Crazy, really. Shop around and stick with the big lenders. They can't get away with this stuff. This company really can't either, but it's not worth the time to fight it. They probably know this as well, which is why they operate their business like this.

great experience with the funding source. I just recently bought my first home with the help and patience of the funding source. I was absolutely clueless and confused with the whole home buying process, but the funding source was extremely thorough and patient with me. A huge amount of thanks to Mike Hughes who answered all my questions (even on Fathers Day) and to Jackie Harvard who helped me with getting all my paperwork together and processed quickly. I would recommend The Funding Source to anyone who is buying a home and especially first time home buyers!!

The Funding Source Amazed Me. June 2011, I was a first time home buyer. I would have to say that i was confussed on how the whole home buying process went. I had done research on different Mortgage companies. for example Commonfund Mortgage Corporation, Syracuse Securities INC, and The Funding Source, LLC. After doing research i had found that The Funding Source was the perfect choice to get a Mortgage through. They were very patient with me, explained everything to me, and also they had my loan closed in 32 days.... I would refer anyone who is a first time home buyer, looking to get a Refi, or a VA loan to go through The Funding Source.

JUST CLOSED HAPPY!!!. I just closed my loan with The Funding Source. They had a lower rate then others and lower closing costs. I shopped it hard.

I read some of the negative reviews before and i have to tell you it either sounds like the person was declined for a mortgage (makes someone really angry and i can understand that) or it sounds like sour grapes from someone who works there b/c just too much information.

All i can say is I was referred in by my realtor and my wife's co worker also had gone there years ago. both of them had GREAT stuff to say

And its true

In today's world getting a mortgage is FRUSTRATING. But they did it and this person is pleased

STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. PROMISES PROMISES PROMISES, 3 MONTHS OF RUNNING AROUND AND COULDNT GET A MORTGAGE. AFTER ALL THAT THE TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF BANK FOR PROCESSING FEES AND NO LOAN WAS PROCESSED. NOW I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR 2 WEEKS NOW TO GET MY REFUND. WILL NOT RETURN CALLS..... STAY AWAY

Be careful of the funding source!. This business does not honor contracts. They will get you in and you will expect that your contract will be honored however when they know it will cost more to sue them for the contract amount than they own they refuse to honor the contracts. I would highly recommend using a different source of funding.

Great personalized service. I highly recomend The Funding Source brokers, they are very patient, and sharp, they can deal with my Spanish. We just purchased our first home and he got us in w/ 100% financing, on a 470,000 house in Syracuse. He was willing to meet with u on weekends over coffee to explain details (very clear and concise) , kept in touch via e-mail about the progress of the loan I really, really loved this guy and recomend the guys of The Funding Source.

good service. these people were on top of their game. Id go to them again and will refer my friends. And ive told my agent to stop using who she likes and go to them - they are better! (Ive had 3 mortgages in my life, NONE was like this - they go to the lengths to help)
