Impressed. I must say that I am very impressed with this salon; they are a well represented hair salon I have so many good things to say about this shop. I have been to many hair salons in syracuse and I have to say this is the best by far , they are very business orientated upon entering their door everyone is greated with a smile and a great deal of respect. I have to give a big praise to the owner jackie what a beautiful women so far I have only had the pleasure of having one of the stylist do my hair and her name is Miss Gina (she does her thing) , I have also seened many head evolve in those chairs and I'm amazed by jackies work she knows what she's doing the women has a magic touch. When ur at madears u don't have to worry about gossip which impressed me the most being a black women and going to a black owned hair salon, but u will hear gospel music. These women are blessed and talented and I have to say its hard finding a good salon especially when ur relocating from nyc but I did I'm a 25 year old women with a lot of style and know good when I c it. For n e one reading this this is no oke I'm not friends with any of these women nor did I know them before hand and I'm not writing a good review to get more customers or to trick n e one. I was pleased everytime I left the shop so for all those who don't know they need to step they need to give this shop a good try :) (hair salon of syracuse........Madears) I wish this shop was in nyc

TERRIBLE!!!!!. This is the WORST salon in the state of Syracuse, Jackie is the owner and you would of thought she was a great stylist, yea right! Who are u kidding. She is the worst! They need to close the place down. I never ever in my life been so disapointed with the results of my hair.this place does not even deserve one star, it deserves none! BEWARE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!

Wonderful service. I would love everyone to know what a wonderful salon MaDears is...I took my daughter to the salon and they were just great with helping her...Jackie took care of her and the results of her experience not only restored my daughters confindance but helped her to take pride in herself and built her self pride up ...My daughter's name is Brittney and she wants everyone to know what a wonderful person Jackie is and how much she loves what she did for her....Also for the chance she is giving her to fullfill her dream of becoming a model..Because Jackie invited her to be in a fashion show in June...We love you dearly Jackie and thank you so much ...God Bless Suzanne and Brittney Preston.....Port Byron, Ny
