Horrible and overpriced. Bill ended up being double what tech quoted.They charged service hours for driving to pick up space heaters even though we were told no charge for that service.I've tried to reach owner. He doesn't call me back. Instead has his sales person call my Fiance. Definitely don't recommend them and would never use them again. When we replace we will be choose another company.
