worst ever. I ordered delivery at 4:30PM It's 7.20 now still not delivered. Anyone order from them should aware of that. also the customer service is very bad, their can piss you off just by a phone call.

clean it up in there. BAD FOOD BAD THERE I ORDER A LARGE PIE WITH SAUSAGE IT SUCK RAW I LIVE OUT IN ( BERNHARDS BAY NY I ORDER THE PIZZA THURSDAY 19 MAY THE PIZZA WAS RAW IT WAS NOT COOK AT ALL IN SIDE IT WAS RAW IT THE WORST PLASE IT A RIPOFF- kastler

HORRIBLE. Horrible! We had been long time, regular customers of Italian Chef..until last Friday. We ordered our regular pizza and wings. After a longer than usual delivery time: The wrong style of pizza arrived, wings were so hard I would say they were more jerky like, and pizza tasted like cardboard. We called and spoke to manager telling her the food concerns...She proceeded to ask how much was consumed...being as we are a family of five (five one servings) I estimated 1/3...She then offered $10 off our $40 dollar bill...what a joke and further was rude about it.....Ok food at best and horrible customer service (was not the first time we were treated poorly at this dump)....If you want ok food and people that treat you like dirt...call 470-1111 or just ask for the scum bags on butternut.

BEST PIZZA & WINGS...AND MORE!. Try Italian Chef TODAY!! Located in New Hartford, Syracuse, and Utica....My family and I have eaten at them all!! Never disappointed once! The food is consistently delicious...the kids love the pizza and they can't get enough of the char-grilled wings!! Best Ever!

Oh the prices. Everything on the menu at the Italian Chef is at a well fair price. They are also known as the KING of Wings, because they have the best wings.

Best place to eat when in the area. They have nice thin pizza and the pasta there is great no matter how you order it. Oh and all there deserts are delicious. The only thing I suggest is that if you have a large order call it in and then pick it up so you don't have to sit around and wait.

Best Wings!. They have Char Grilled Wings. That means they cook them on the grill and then add your favorite sauce. Or you can get them plain. Best to call in larger orders, but if not, the wait is worth it, and they have TV.

#1 Pizza in town. The Italian Chef is simply the best pizza in town. I also love their wings and subs. Everyone there is curtious and helpful. Keep up the great work!!!!

They are the best in upstate NY-Period. I always get the wings and have not found a better place but the Italian Chef. There are Perfect don't change anything.
