Super service during and AFTER the sale!. We've had to buy all new furniture after living on the road in an RV for a few years, and we're doing so slowly, as we can. We've purchased all of our "soft goods" new--things like mattresses and sofas--at Chinatowne. We have found good quality and friendly service. However, on the couple of occasions when we have experienced problems, their service has been outstanding! They go well beyond expectations to make sure the customer is happy to come back and to live with their purchases for a long time. We won't shop for new furniture anywhere else after our most recent experience with Chinatowne.

Huge furniture place with great prices and wonderful staff. At first we were worried that this was a discount furniture store but after we arrived, we found a huge range from inexpensive to very high quality furniture. The staff were very helpful without being at all pushy, despite our very complicated requests. They gave us very good discount without any hassle. We found the exact same bedroom pieces at a more upscale furniture store and they cost over 18% more than at Chinatowne. and the staff there did not compare to Chinatowne. We'd like to thank Maureen and Richard (the manager), and the owner of Chinatowne. We'll spread the word.

p.s: A few days after we purchased our bedroom set, we found a different bed with drawers of the same set and really liked it. The manager was willing to let us switch the bed if we pay the difference in prices.
