Our recent trip to Boom Babies was amazing, big shout out to Mari and Stephen, they were so accommodating and patient while we looked for my daughters Senior Ball Dress. Great selection, awesome customer service. Thanks for a great experience. I would highly recommend this place for any special dress shopping. Thank you to the whole staff!

Mari ROCKS!!! I recommended Boom Babies to my friend and her daughter for a prom dress....We traveled in from Rochester March 2nd. The professionalism, style, personality and attitude that Mari delivered was beyond EXCELLENT!! The dress we purchased was amazing and we just want to thank you all at Boom Babies for a GREAT experience!! Thank you so much again to Mari and Stephen!! You both are EXCEPTIONAL... !!!

Hi, my name is Judayah and I love Boom Babies. Around this time last year I began the search for the perfect dress for my Sweet Sixteen. I decided earlier in the month that my party's theme would be a Black & White Masquerade Ball. I wanted everyone to show up in plain colors so my dress would clearly contrast. Ideally, I was looking for a short, fun look. Actually, I had an aqua-mirror Sherri Hill dress in mind. Every store I tried was fresh out of stock with the dress! Just my luck right? One of my fellow marching band members gave me the tip to try Boom Babies in Syracuse, NY. I had never heard of the store, as I am from a much smaller town also located in New York. But because I'm adventurous, I tried it anyway. Can I tell you that every Sherri Hill dress I had seen online was in your store? May I please inform everyone that Boom Babies hires only the most cordial, helpful, and fashion-inclined workers? From the moment I walked in I felt like I was a priority. My dressing room assistant brought maybe 20 dresses in for me to try on. I felt like I was literally in heaven! A part about Boom Babies that I love, however, is how much I learn about myself in each visit. As said before, I was looking for a short and fun dress. The last dress the assistant bought me is the one in the picture provided. In the bag I thought to myself: I hate this dress. Why am I trying on this dress? I'm going to look so ugly in this dress. But she asked me to trust her, and so I did. I don't know how she knew, it was the only floor-length dress I had tried on that day, but this gown was gorgeous. Prior to, I have never felt so beautiful in my skin. I was guaranteed to be a Princess and I looked fabulous. This is what I love most about Boom Babies, the beautiful surprises. Thank you so much for making my Sixteenth Birthday so memorable and special! Shout out to the owner and staff of Boom Babies, everyone should know about your glamorous store.

Dresses in style. I came in to look for a dress for a school dance last week and was surprised at the big selection! The girls working there were very helpful, I was assisted by one in particular but was offered help by a few others. I tried on a variety of dresses: beaded, flowy, poofy, slim fitting...I went with a blue beaded dress that I LOVE! The girl assisting me then continued to help me as I found shoes and we discussed how I should wear my hair. It was a great experience, this is definently a one stop shopping place! I came in with just an idea and didnt expect to walk out confidently with a beautiful ensamble!

So glad I found Boom Babies!. I was visiting SU from CT for an open house a couple weeks ago and was told about Boom Babies. I decided to stop in and take a look at their prom dresses. For a small store, they have a ton of dresses!!! All the girls working there were very helpful and got me dresses in my size which I had been having trouble finding in other stores (I'm a 0). I went in wanting a leopard print dress and ended up falling in love with a high-low beaded dress. The dress is amazing!!! Even though I'm from out of state, they still keep a prom registry so no one from your school can get your dress! I will certainly be back to Boom Babies and it def will help me make my decision as to where to go to college :)

Dream Dress: Found!. I have recently been searching for the perfect prom dress; my first stop was Spy Babies. I was met with zero help from the people who work there and hardly a selection. My mom and I left shortly after entering and went straight to Boom Babies. I was met with thousands of dresses to choose from and the best customer service i have ever experienced. All of the employees seemed busy but always made time to answer my questions and help me pick out the perfect dress. I can hardly wait to show it off at prom, this is the go to place!!!

Love it !. My Daughter and I are " Big Girls" and I have to say We were treated with care and made to feel comfortable in what i can only describe as the best dress shop within 3hrs of My home . or anywhere for that matter. It feel bad for the Girls that work there as it seemed the day we where there is was VERY BUSY (Avoid weekends ! LOL! ) and a bit of a long wait. Some of the customers were openly hostile and cranky . It is a wait , but they really do work hard to make You look Your best and have many options. I mentioned their other store Spy Babies to the owner and was told they get confused . I can see the "You don't belong " attitude at Spy Babies as we were ignored looking at worn dresses . I have worked in P.R. for over 20 years and find it hard to believe all the negative reviews , This place is a jewel !

"You don't belong??!!!". I had heard about this store from a friend who loved it. A few weeks ago she and I were out shopping for a new wardrobe (I've recently lost about 75 lbs.). We walked in and one of the girls working there came up and said, "oh, hon you don't belong here. We don't have anything for someone your size." The other girl (I don't know if she was a customer or another employee) just laughed. HORRIBLE PEOPLE SKILLS!!! not to mention customer service. I will not (!!!!) recommend this store to anyone!

Great Time at Boom Babies! Thanks Mari!. We started out looking in the malls between the Canadian border and Syracuse. We had no luck anywhere. The employees at the at least 15 other stores we had went to kept telling us to go to Boom Babies. The next day we finaly made it down there. When we walked in there was dresses everywhere. The first thing the two of us thought was "there is now way we are leaving here without a dress"! We were greated nicely and tended to immediately. Mari was our girl! She helped us with everything. She even gives hugs when you get frustrated with your own size.She never gave up and made sure she looked after us properly. At one point another employee came to relieve her for her lunch break and she turned it down to complete what she had started with us. Our experience here was AWSOME and we both walked out with a prom dress that we loved! Thank you Boom Babies and thank you MARI!:)
