Don't e-shop at Manny's.
I live in NC but am an SU Alum and always got my SU gear at Manny's. I just bought a sweatshirt and a decal a few days ago. They didn't pack the decal with the order. When I told them of the problem, I was the problem. They said their people had fulfilled the order and implied I was lying . . . about a $5 decal. They credited my account when all I wanted was the sticker. I suggest to anyone shopping for SU merchandise to stick with the SU bookstore!

When I went to college Mannys was the place to get good apparel but DO NOT ever think about ordering anything online. The people filling the orders and the people in customer service are completely incompetent. You will be sorry. I ordered a sweatshirt in Dec. 08 for Christmas and found out when it was opened on Christmas morning that it was the wrong one. When I called to ask about this I was told on the phone that they were out of the one I ordered, so they just picked another one that was close to it to send to me??? First of all, how is this acceptable without asking first. And secondly, it was completely different. So I mailed the item back at my expense, and then had to battle with them to reimburse me. Once they finally did, they ended up charging me for the shipping AGAIN instead of crediting my account. To make matters worse, customer service never responds and when I call they have the nerve to be rude to ME on the phone. It is now the end of Marck and this problem is still not resolved.
