excellent food/terrible service. Excellent pizza because the toppings are fresh. Terrible service as we have experienced phone hang-ups and forgotten parts to our orders - and then arguements when we expressed concern. We are relunctant to go eslewhere because the food is great but we may have to because of the caustic counter help.
