These guys are a$$holes. But where would we be without?. These guys have a no "BS" attitude. Don't want to tip? Pick it up yourself. Think the customer is always right? Wrong.

There used to be a day when calling the management was an act of kindness done in order to help the business. Nowadays people do it because they think they are "oh so important". Well f*ck you. These guys are swimming in business... They don't need you. And you'll probably be gone soon anyway. How have you been blessing Syracuse with your presence? Rhetoric win.

The more time they listen to you complain, wait 10+ minutes for you to answer the door, or make sure you have your napkins, the longer I'm waiting for my delicious pizza. Is it really about the customer service people? Or maybe you just don't want to admit that you feel insignificant.

If you don't tip, it's because you've never owned a car. (or paid for it)

two time looser. Let’s start with the delivery guy. Give him ½ star He was in such a hurry that both time I order he just walk into office sat food down and walked out. I always try restaurants twice everyone can have a bad day. ACROPOLIS PIZZA HOUSE failed both days. My 1st order was wings and they were not done and my fires were cold. My second I order was an antipasti salad. Who messes up a salad? My dressing was water & oil it was awful. I had iceberg lettuce so big that I needed a knife to cut it. the only problem was I didn’t get one. They also must not have napkins in this place both order were delivered napkinless. ACROPOLIS PIZZA gets a ZERO in my book

Extremely Rude Customer Service. Not only is the food overpriced but when it came to delivery, the old delivery guy had the audacity to hassle me for a tip because I didn't give him one (the first time). I understand the courtesy of tipping a delivery driver. But when there is already a delivery charge on the order and on top of that the delivery man cops attitude if you don't already have singles in your hand, then there is a problem. It is a part of my freedom to be able to choose whether or not I want to tip a delivery person. The second time I ordered from them, I knew what to expect. When the delivery man came to the door, he not only knocked on my door once but as I went to look out the peep hole, he was already walking away without even knocking a second time. Then upon opening the door, he literally throws my food at me and walks away! Now if that is not poor customer service, then I don't know what is. It is not my fault the man dislikes his job, if it's so bad then get a better one. Don't take your frustrations out on innocent customers. I went to call the restaurant to report the delivery man, and then the manager copped an attitude with me as well! What is going on here?! I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone in the area of Syracuse, regardless of all the good comments about the food.

Worst Service Ever. Me and my best friend live off the campus. Decided to make an order late didnt feel like walking. Placed an order for delivery. They called us back and said that they cannot deliver to us because we live in "the g***to" which is in the downtown area by burnet street! Worst service ever, horrible customer service, and whoever the guy is that answers the phone is a complete idiot. Would not recommend to ANYONE!! Calling the boss TOMMOROW!

Best Pizza & Greek food in town. Their pizza is delicious. I love it topped with red bell peppers. Their greek food is authentic and very tasty. Try their spanakopita, which is homemade and made daily. Their food brings memories of my vacations in Greece. The people are super friendly and the service is exceptional. If you have never been to Greece, try Acropolis!

best on S.U. campus. i am quite partial to pizza, i have eaten it all my life. Ever since i have been a student at S.U. Acropolis Pizza has been my haven for a good slice.

the wonderful thing is that all there food is great, not just the pizza, and there is a large selection to order from.
