Horrible Service. Went to Down Under, browsed and decided to purchase a some items. Sales clerk (maybe the owner) ignored me for a while and then acknowledged me. Told him I wanted to look at a few items and he told me that he would get one out of the case once I decided what I wanted. I looked at him funny and was told "don't give me that look". He then told me that he was NOT going to pull items out the case for me to look at. I was stunned that an "adult" would treat another adult like that. I am 51 years old, not a snotty nosed kid. I was planning on buying about $100 worth of merchandise before I was treated in such a horrible manner. I will NEVER enter this store again and hope anyone that reads this review will follow suit.
store hours. Why don't you have your store hours on your web site or a recording on the company phone line with the store hours on it? This would allow people to schedule there day and not wast a trip into the city. I know that i would have come down and spent my money at your store if i new that you would have been open when i got there. Please make any changes that you feel would benefit your company.
