Tiffany's Pedicure. I just moved on campus and the guy on the front desk was very welcoming and gave me a tour which was very nice. Throughout my visit he was a little to pushy with the "tell your friends about my store!!!" thing, he shouldn't depend on me to be his advertisement haha. The store was gorgeous!!! & Tiffany has an amazing personality and willing to build a personable relationship with her costumers. She did good on my pedicure. Except, she didn't remove my calluses, which is the reason why I went there in the first place. Although she did a great job on my toenails....

New ownership. They were able to get me in quickly, and were able to do a shampoo, cut, and style on my lunch break (35 min). Penny did a great job and is very personable. New owner is very friendly and I will definitely be a return customer.

Cheated!. On the Campus Special it states "FREE haircut with color service". I called them up to make sure that it all was free. I asked them "I have a coupon here for a free haircut with color, so its free right?" and the person on the phone answered yes. I thought I was being very clear, then when we came in I asked "Is the blow dry included in that? How much should I give for a tip?" and she said "whatever you feel like" and continued to neglect to mention that there would be a fee at all. They ended up surprising me with a fee of over hundred dollars (paying for the highlights), treated me rudely, and suggested that I was "ridiculous" for thinking that it was "A free hair cut with a color service". Which is a SHAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Heather and Jen. OMG! Went to Garbo's for the 1st time in my senior year. I couldn't get home, so I reluctantly went. The Place was really neat. Clean, comfortable, casual yet classy. I saw Heather for my hair cut, and she did a great job. I didn't really notice how great untill I styled it myself. This is by far the best cut i've ever had! Then I went back for a manicure and met Jen. She is the funniest, coolest chick you'll ever meet and her work is just as good. I'm just sorry I didn't come as a freshmen so I could get 4 years out of this place. Freshman, don't be nervous. You will be in great hands here.

Better than NYC. Hey FROSHIES!. Garbos has all the quality that you get from the top Manhatten salons at a fraction of the price. Don't spend way too much for your highlight before you come to school. Garbos can do it for much cheaper and it will look just as fantastic! The staff is a great blend of newer and older sylists who know their stuff. I go to Heather for all my stuff because she's really great, but the rest of the staff is also talented. The music is totally geared toward students. The tanning is terrific, and Dominick the owner is really cool. Garbo's has everything that an upscale salon has except the price and the stuffiness!

awesome haircut and highlight!!. I went upon recommendation from a friend to Garbos and the total experience was fabulous

I had a haircut and Highlights by Renee and it turned out exactly the way I wanted it! Ive since had a brazillian wax and the private room in their spa was clean and the woman Mary B. was professional and pleasant.

Freshman don't bother looking else where- GARBOS ROCKS!!

luv the salon and tanning. luv the salon!! ive had haircuts and hilights from different staff and each time ive been impressed w/ the results- owner is cool and friendly - music and atmosphere rocks

highly recommend to freshmen coming in. been tanning there 4 2 yrs and gets great results

in case u noticed. Garbo's has been there for my house for the last 4 years ive been here. Its got it all & its all good!!

I've had highlights and cuts as has my boyfriend. Manicures and pedicures and the BEST TANNING Ive seen including Total Tan. By the way ako4su I was in Garbos tanning when the water went out .It was the whole area not just Garbo's. Some biddies are just flat out idiots.

best at su. this place rocks! great atmosphere and service staff is on its game. Services and prices are reasonable and the quality is superior of anything Ive seen in Syracuse. to ako4su, obviously your choice of house sez a ton bout your unhappiness w/the world. Thumbs up for garbos!

Don't go there. Creepy owner, better prices other places for the services you get, old building. One day I got my hair done and there wasnt any water working to rinse my hair out right. I went home with shampoo in my hair and a bad cut! Pass
