HORRIBLE SERVICE

I had a simple billing question from the sales person who gave me an estimate from Greater Syracuse. This person also happened to be the owner of the business. I started calling in April when I received a bill for an extra $1300.00 because he underestimated my goods. I called North American Van Lines and enlisted the help of customer service and regional people. John wouldn't even return their phone calls. It is not July and I still havent heard anything. Not great at all!!!!
